I got an email when the order went through and another one when it shipped, and the tracking was easy, easy to find. I had one small question too, and they got back to me quick. I usually check a few sites before buying, and this place had the same parts for less than the others I compared, so that was a good sign. Shipping did take a little longer than I expected, but I’ve noticed that sometimes the cheaper options come with a bit of a wait. Everything showed up packed well and the parts fit like they were supposed to. For the price, I’m not upset at all. I’d order again if they keep the prices competitive.

I’ve ordered from AutohausAZ a couple of times now, and it’s been a smooth experience each time. The parts showed up when they said they would, and the prices didn’t randomly jump at checkout, which I definitely appreciate.
It just feels like a kinda trustworthy place to buy from, not one of those sketchy parts sites where you’re wondering if the order will actually show up. I’d use them again without really overthinking it.

I used the garage fit tool for my old VW to figure out which brake pads would actually fit. I’m usually skeptical of those “guaranteed fit” type tools because they always sound a little too polished and confident, so I still checked the part number myself. But to be fair, everything matched up when it arrived and went on fine. Nice not having to guess or deal with returns
